What we collect on this website, why, and who sees it. Plain English, no fine print.
Santiz Concrete Finishing, LLC is a concrete contractor at 213 State Road S-11-72, Gaffney, SC 29340. This policy covers santiz-concrete-finishing.com.
When you ask for a free estimate, we get what you type into the form:
The form also records which page you sent it from and your IP address. We use those only to stop spam.
Your request is emailed to our business inbox through Postmark, an email delivery service, so Lorenzo can call you back. A copy also goes to the company that manages this website, so a request never gets lost. We also keep a copy in a private log on our web server in case an email fails to arrive.
We use your information to answer your request and to do your job. That is it.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It measures things like pages viewed, how you got here (for example a Google search), your general area (city level, not your address), your device and browser type, and whether you tapped our phone number, email link or sent the estimate form. It does not get what you type into the form.
Google Analytics uses cookies, and Google handles that data under the Google Privacy Policy. You can block cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and this site still works, including the estimate form.
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people use this website, so we can fix what is confusing. Clarity records anonymous sessions (scrolling, clicks and mouse movement) and builds heatmaps of where people tap. Clarity is set to mask what you type into form fields, so your name, phone number and address are not captured in those recordings.
Clarity uses cookies, and Microsoft handles that data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block cookies in your browser and this site still works, including the estimate form.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. The only outside services that touch it are the ones listed above: Postmark (email), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (site analytics) and our web host.
Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email or call us and we will take care of it.
